AIP was founded by 5 partners to revolutionize the real estate market. We are fundamentally a technology-based company that uses artificial intelligence algorithms to predict rental and selling prices. This is how we identify properties with the highest development potential.
However, successful property development is much more than this. We understand that properties can only fully realize their potential when analytics are combined with creativity in the development of an object.
This is followed by implementation, where we focus on achieving a carbon neutral strategy for every property. This step is particularly important to us, as property development often fails in the implementation phase. Our team has a combined experience of more than 50 years in the planning and implementation of real estate projects.
As a final step, we integrate the management and administration of the properties. It is important to us to keep a daily eye on the cash flows and ensure that the condition of our properties meets the expectations of the users. We determine the market value of each property on a weekly basis, so we can react immediately to changes if necessary.
We understand how important a secure a sustainable future and sustainable return is for you as a capital investor. In doing so, we never forget one thing. Real estate is about emotions. Whether it's a return property, house, apartment, or office. The price must be right for the user and buyer of the property, but it's about more than that. Alexander Schönauer has been an entrepreneur for 30 years and operates one of the largest fashion distribution agencies in Southern Germany, MASCHAGENCY. He has primarily invested in luxury real estate for the last 15 years. With his experience in the fashion industry, Alexander has an aesthetic sense and is responsible for the identification of properties and development concepts. Michael STephan
Michael Stephan has a background in the energy sector, highlighted by his role in establishing and developing ENGIE Germany's organization. Under his leadership, the organization grew to encompass over 5,000 employees. Michael is an expert in energy-efficient refurbishment, and has a proven track record in implementing sustainable energy solutions. His expertise experience and insight in energy efficiency are invaluable assets to our team, contributing significantly to our focus on sustainability and innovation.

PROF. dr. fLORIAN eLLSAESSER
Florian Ellsaesser is a professor at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. He earned his doctorate at the University of Cambridge in the field of causal inference. He specializes in the development of Artificial Intelligence algorithms for the management sector. Previously, he worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company for 4 years and then founded his own venture. At AIP, he is responsible for the development of algorithms and the establishment of the Transparency and Reporting System.
