Identification of Properties Using Artificial Intelligence:
Each month, our Deal Monitor stores millions of data points from rentals and sales across the entire federal territory. Based on this, our algorithms predict rents and sales prices. With the prediction model, we identify transactions with the highest potential, which we then assess on-site. Special attention is given to the identification of properties with development potential.

Net Zero Strategy:
The purchase is just the first step in our strategy. After acquiring the properties, we continue renovate them and improve their energy rating. Our net zero program includes additional insulation, new heating (often based on heat pumps), solar roof tops and e-charging for tenants. Any remaining CO2 emissions are offset with carbon certificates. For this purpose, we have Germany wide expertise in our team of architects and builders who have been developing properties for more than 30 years.
Management:
We manage all properties. Our monitoring system enables us to match cash flows with plans on a daily basis and to react immediately in case of deviations. Our system also monitors the price development of each property on a weekly basis, so that we can respond immediately to any changes if necessary.
